The Singular Patagonia is the meeting point between our small existence and the majestic and eternal. Declared a National Heritage Site in 1996, it stands as a unique historical destination with a privileged location, making it one of the best in the southern region. The Singular is built on the grounds of an old cold storage plant, and in the hotel’s transitional areas, you can still see the original machinery. The hotel invites guests to relive the history of the Tierra del Fuego Exploitation Company, founded in 1915, which became the most important slaughterhouse plant in Chilean-Argentinian Patagonia. Guests can explore the boiler rooms, machines, condensers, blacksmith workshops, and even the old pier that once received hundreds of ships exporting meat, fat, and leather.

As thrilling as exploring Patagonia is, sitting down to enjoy our culinary creations is equally exceptional. Local ingredients like hare, lamb, king crab, white strawberries, rhubarb, seaweed, and honey offer unique sensations for your palate. We offer 21 expeditions of varying difficulty and length to discover Patagonia beyond Torres del Paine National Park.
